The lay of the land
Surprise is the most mixed ground in our service area. We run into sand and river bottom in the low washes, caliche layers through much of the buildable ground, and hard granite on the rockier parcels toward the White Tank Mountains. Two lots a mile apart can dig nothing alike.
Drive time from our Wittmann yard: about 25–30 minutes from the yard.
Jurisdiction: City of Surprise + unincorporated Maricopa County.
Mobilization: no mob fee inside roughly 50 miles of the yard.
What we typically do in Surprise: custom-home pad prep, pool excavation, commercial site work, utility trenching, and driveway grading on North Surprise acreage.
