This site is operated by Soards Trucking LLC, a family-owned excavation, grading, trucking, and rock blasting contractor based in Wittmann, Arizona (ROC #230099). This policy explains what information we collect through soardstrucking.org and what we do with it.

Information you give us. When you submit a quote or estimate request, we collect the name and phone number you enter, the service you selected, the city or area of the job, your timeline, and any project details you choose to type in. If you email or call us, we keep what you send us so we can respond.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers automatically record standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you viewed. This is used to keep the site running and to understand general traffic patterns.

We do not ask for and do not want financial account numbers or sensitive personal data through this website.

Quote requests are stored in an access-controlled database and are visible only to Soards Trucking LLC owners and staff who need them. We keep lead and job information for as long as it is useful to the customer relationship and to our business records, then delete it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email soardstrucking@gmail.com with your request and the phone number you used, and we will take care of it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

This website is meant for people hiring a contractor. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
